Registration Camp for Assistive Devices for Senior Citizens
Support Our Mission
Aasra Foundation is organizing a registration camp for senior citizens, where eligible beneficiaries can register for assistive devices such as wheelchairs, commode chairs, hearing aids, walkers/crutches, walking sticks (canes), cervical supports, back belts (for spine support), goggles, and seat canes. These assistive devices are provided to support better mobility, comfort, independence, and quality of life for senior citizens.

ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੋ।
ਨੋਟ: ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼
- ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ
- ਆਮਦਨ ਸਰਟੀਫ਼ਿਕੇਟ (ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਆਮਦਨ ₹15,000 ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ), ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਜਾਂ ਐਮ.ਸੀ. ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਹੋਈ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਯੋਗਤਾ
- ਉਮਰ 60 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੋਣੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।
- ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ 3 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸਮਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਹੀ ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ
ਯੋਗ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਿਫ਼ਾਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੁੰਜਾਇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
